I think it's been a bad year, breezy makes it worse for me, rain doesn't make it better

Mine has been worse this year than recently too.

I usually am OK after about end of May, but if anything it's getting worse over time this year.

Wow, this has been the worst day of the year so far where my hayfever's concerned. Feeling exhausted from all the sneezing! I've been taking Loratadine daily for the last few months but it doesn't seem to be making the slightest bit of difference at the moment.

I searched online and saw a couple of news articles about a 'pollen bomb' that was due to hit the UK today and over the next week. Anyone else been hit by it?

Loratadine never did make a difference for me, so I went to the doctor and got decent stuff.

Still not bothered too much this year. Normally I can't escape it at all. Feel a bit tickly today, but that's all.

I may have to make an appointment with mine. I used to take Cetirizine and that made me drowsy, though I think it might have been slightly more effective against the hayfever.

Thanks for reminding me Beconase existed! I used to take it in my teens and wasn't a big fan of it, but bought some last week and it's made a huge difference. I had a really dry feeling in my mouth the first time I used it, but it's improved with daily use.

Got something to say?
