Hard finish, but no sprint. Garmin thinks I was running at around 3:10 when I finished. Not quite as fast as I can go.

I'm thinking about doing the 2400m stuff at some point and wondered whether anyone local to Birmingham / West Mids would fancy meeting up at a local track somewhere and sharing the pain / calling the ambulance?

Slog - If you are expecting to have to call an ambulance for the 2400m test, maybe you shouldn't be doing it ;-)
