Just run it as you feel. Walk up the hills if you feel like it and have a great time! Oh, enjoy the mars bars at half way and the soup at the end!

Hi Ian thanks for the welcome, sounds good to me! It sounds a bit like The Seagrave Wolds challenge, more of a "fun" run as opposed to a serious race, with it being a walking event also. btw the food after seagrave is fantastic, hot soup, bread and apple crumble and custard, fantastic and it's all free!!
