Very tempting offer HowFar?, especially as it's less than ten miles from me.

Only done one run beyond 13 miles so far this year though and am hoping to get a 10k pb next weekend. Twenty-ish would probably just be tempting injury :(

Thanks, Ian. I'm sorry to be missing Grindleford, but it's quite a big thing to represent your borough isn't it? I think I should be there for the four of them. I'll probably end up round Kinder on the Sunday instead. Nobody waiting with Mars bars or soup for me though.

Good, 'cos she's not meant to be, not at all. And she's not even sneaking peeks at it. Does this mean we can talk about her behind her back, whilst she's "asleep" not watching this. Like we are doing now?
