I was worried I might knacker something in a pothole on Sunday, but no, everything was fine, no aches, no pains.
Today I have a pain in my left knee after going to a Christmas party and dancing with a manic psychiatrist.
Ooops.
And there doesn't even seem to be a space in the log for "cross training - dancing like a pillock"

LOL Badge... it is a common injury amongst runners... I have had several friends who got niggles from dancing at Xmas parties and the like, thats why I refrained from dancing at a wedding just before the Amsterdam marathon
