Hi folks.. Only joined this tday as am doing loch Ness marathon Sunday was on other thread getting some pointers. Also doing gsr half marathon this will be my 6 th year in a row. Really looking forward to it always a great day...

Sallykate - in previous years, they normally set up in the Jury's Inn on the Thurs/Fri before the race to allow late entries and for people to swap distance. Maybe try their FB page and drop a message?

Sallykate - In previous years you could transfer but I'm not 100% sure this year as it's different organisers. The Great Scottish Run is on Twitter so you could always try asking there, or taking a trip to Jury's Inn as Kimbles suggested if they're based there this year.

I've not got mine. Their facebook page has a note today saying not to worry. It takes time to get all of them posted, it's not a wee village race.

A few years ago eL Bee! and I never got our numbers for this race at all. We turned up in the morning, went into a hut, and two nice ladies sorted it all out in a flash
(I'm doing the Great Cumbrian Run just across the border on the same day this year. Much smaller event, but also a good one.)

Hi folks. After a lng think and gd advice frm folk on 3.15 and 3.30 thread. Am going to give Sunday a miss. Really love gsr aswell done it past 5 year. But after my first marathon at loch Ness on sunday my legs are still a bit sore and they need rest and still have couple blisters. I could take the chance and run it. But then be out with a injury for months. So if anyone knows anyone wanting a race number give me a shot they can have mine......
