But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.

I took up running at the start of 2008. To do great scottish run that year. For breast cancer as my mum was 10 year clear in november 2008. And since then I haven't looked back. Each year only race I done was gsr. Even tho am out running all the time most wk hitting between 30 to 40 mile. But now am taking it more serious setting target's and entering a lot more races. The main reason I run is I eat a lot ( 40 stone person waiting to come out). I trained for loch Ness marathon this year and loved it now am defo hooked. I keep my training simple I jst hit the rd and run. And I do a bit of stair work which is hard but I feel helps me.
Target's I want to aim for....... Edinburgh marathon 2014. 3 hr 10 10 k.. 37.30....( that is someone's time I want to beat) Half marathon..... 1 hr 26....
