Good for Age is changing?

I am a little disappointed but at the same time thinking it will mean I can just run Manchester on Sunday to how I feel cos the 3:50 GFA target was very touch and go anyway.

Or is it because David Bedford's onto such a good thing with the hundreds of pounds a place he gets from the charities that making fewer places available at 20-odd quid is ideal. Still, it answers a big question for me. Run lots rather than quickly. Thanks! 3:10 was within my wildest dreams. 3:00 ain't. I'm running for fun again!
