A lot of the older men ones were very hard. Think M60-65 used to be 3:15 as well.

Females under 40 gone back to 3:45, which is what it used to be. I guess too many people were getting in so they have gone back to what it used to be.

Greg, wasn't it M40-M59 @ 3:10 now the M50-59 are split out with their own time at 3:15

But I am 40 and between the 3:45 and 3:50 mark. Relatively pissed off. I know there has to be a cut off but I changed age categories when I turned 40 this year but am still with the 18 year olds for the purpose of London.

You have to apply by the beginning of July. Any time in the previous 2 years is valid, I think.
