I have only seen them once and it was wonderful, but I would happily have Guy Garvey sing me to sleep every night Dio.

They're a band to sit and listen to, not bounce around at. More classical than rock!
2q looks a decent line-up, with a lot who've been doing the festival rounds, and then there's The Twang. From that line-up how did anyone decide they were the headliners?

He’s sing me to sleep any time of the day. Dull, worthy, up-himself type is how he seems to me. The music bores me and the general admiration seems very much a case of The emporer’s new clothes.

I’d probably really like him if I met him or knew more about him. I find that with most people.

I could probably say that for about 10000 musicians.

I saw Elbow headline Latitude a few years ago and up until then I couldn't have given a shit about them but I surprised myself be enjoying them immensely. I'm not usually that interested in festival headliners but they were definitely up to the job ... a big arena filling sound and more singalong songs than I realised I knew. Don't get me wrong, I'm not running out and buying their albums or anything ... neither am I paying 50 or 60 quid to see them on their own headline tour but I certainly don't dismiss them as lightweights any more.

I am very envious Chief.
Grace Petrie at the Leadmill tomorrow. My favourite venue.
She drew the gun at Rescue Rooms next Wednesday.
