and i know how hard it is to admit when you are beaten by the better athlete so thats why i took it easy so not to show you or derwent'rubberlegs'tony up. (and martin was going a nice steady!!!! pace :-))

ahh cummon..... i mean even on sunday you both know i will let you beat me just so a to make you both feel better :-)

Oh yes that sums derwenttony and philston down to a T. Have you ever notice xt how derwenttony minces along and as for philston what can I say but the boy likes tight shorts (and its not for the ladies benefit!!)
Look should I enter the race on Sunday and then I will beat the lot of you hands down without even trying - oh to be natually talented, being a gifted runner enables me to just glide along with little or no effort.......

Floppy my dear you've can't call a 3-mile jog running, when you're big enough and brave enough to come out with the rest of us then we will take you seriously. And as for XT, he was struggling to keep up with Martin. ;)
