Just so there will be no repeat of last week I have dug out my oldest running shorts for tomorrow. Haven't worn them for years and boy are they tight!

I see I’ve knocked XT350 off of the Derwent ACs best half marathon place. I had to do it before Philston uploaded his time, at least I’ll get a few hours of glory. :-)  
Have I spelt Philston correctly should it be Phils a ton? ;-)

Phil might be a ton but his training is starting to pay off which could make the club championship a little bit interesting. I think I'll upload my time now to take the prize of Derwent AC's quickest half marathon time :)
