I did have an extra big smile as I aeroplaned home today & I really did have to work bloody hard to get that sub 4.

I made sure in medal acceptance speech to thank 4 very special groups - the 100 club, the 10 in 10 club, Milton Keynes lakeside runners & the wonderful people on Fetcheveryone :)

Now Foxy Mini Fox is very clever :-) We don't need an alarm clock with our kids. I hope Andre doesn't wake up at 4am tonight as he did after the Lord Mayor of Londons Sky Ride and we did 28 miles today again with him. He stand more change of doing a tria than daddy as daddy cannot swim ;-)
