Don't forget to tape up your nipples FD, Les had big red patches on his white shirt on Sunday. Have you got a satchel to carry your gels in?

Likewise, haven't run at all in Sparta outfit, in fact, only really put it on properly for the first time yesterday. May just ditch it half way round if it's chafing like mad and run in my undies :-O

Debating wearing a wicking t-shirt underneath ? Have never taped my nipples before - not that kinky ! Did have bleeding at Fleetwood - perhaps due to the wind ?

Beers & Ice creams on Hackney Marshes tomorrow afternoon :)

I think my outfit will be OK but the arm gauntlets are a bit irritating, I can see them disappearing at some point. Really looking forward to this weekend :-) xx
