Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Fair play Wayne Rooney. Not to get relegated until beyond mid-April is remarkable really 🐏

The Rams will soon be back in the Champs, given continuing strong management and the club's determination.

Sunderland, Portsmouth, Ipswich, Sheffield Wednesday and a few others have said exactly the same.

Rooney has exceeded himself, but will be at the top of a lot of prem and championship sides shopping list. Can't see him staying

Swindon, Man City and Derby spring to mind ;-)

Rooney has stayed much longer than 99% of managers would. He’ll be okay for a pint if spotted out on Sadler Gate in future whatever he does :-)

Only because of the astronomical contract that 32Red are paying him, don't kid yourself that he would have hung around otherwise.
Not sure that flirting with and narrowly avoiding relegation last season and securing 2 away wins this gives any basis for the claim that the chump has any managerial nouce.

It's been a great day seeing the tax avoiding, FFP cheating, stadium sale fiddling, 2 fingers to administration, mutton molesters finally go down.

I'm guessing that Weath isn't a Rooney or Derby fan.

Weath, Rooney doesn't need the money, does he. So that isn't the reason. I think he's done a decent job so far. Next year will prove it one way or the other.

For Maloney, read Cathro. Always was a gamble for Hibs.

Ah, the beautiful game, remember that? Let's put down some jumpers and have a socially-distanced kickabout. Long shots only, and no hugging and kissing.
