I don’t think Iran will. We thumped Ukraine in 2021, difficult to predict how current situation will impact their performance. The problem when we play Wales or Scotland is that it becomes a domestic squabble and we get dragged down to their level ;-)

Iran will fancy a draw against USA and snatching a win against Scotland or Wales (Don't see Ukraine being able to play at this point). They have sneakily been picking up decent results for a while

If we end up with a Wales/Scotland play off for the spot it will be a feisty one, great opportunity to not only Q but make the last 16 for the winner.

Bit of history too - Joe Jordan clearly punching the ball clearly, Scotland win pen, commentator ‘perfectly correct decision’ lol.
