I hoped I’m proved wrong but I can’t see tonight being as great a game as the past two nights…..both teams playing for a last minute winner unless the other team score really early in the match.

I don’t expect the spectacle and excitement of last night to be repeated.

14 goals is the second highest goal total for a single day in the euros. The highest is 18, and that was during the group stage this year when 18 goals were scored across 4 matches.

Matches like that are rare, two on the same night never happen, except when they do. 😉

And I’ll take a scrappy 1-0 if it’s in the right direction.

I've heard Viera is plan B but they are still trying to convince Lucien Favre to accept the job. Great player, but poor managerial record.
