Hello all Am to do the FODMAP diet for the next 6 weeks and it's all rather mind blowing - anyone else doing/done and can offer any advice please? |

Can I ask who advised you follow the diet? If it was a dietitian then they should have given a list of foods to eat and which ones to avoid.

Yes it was a dietician, I have booklets to work my way through and am doing that but thought would also ask on here. Have just had the gluten test done and have my next call with the dietician in August. Will download the app - thank you |

Good luck with it and hope the diet helps. I don’t follow it now but did look at it a while ago. |

OH was advised to try FODMAP and was given a website to check out. I've found doing my own research that there is a lot of conflicting info out there.
