Not sure if the places on Leicester road have car parking but think they are all reasonable. They are opposite where I work, I stayed in one when I came for interview, school uses them regularly for interviews. There is a ramada in town which I expect will have parking and someone I know from church has a bandb on I think ashby road, again not sure about parking. There is a hotel on forest road which I often run past , can't remember name and on phone so can't do links, that looks to have parking

ashby road and forest road are both closer to uni than Leicester road.

If u need to know where something is feel free to ask. I have no idea what places are like though

Just remembered a place which does have parking, think it is on old ashby road, it has a pub and xcvomadation with parking, have used the loo on my runs before, might be a beef eater

looks like when I next do a long run I should run to these places and check put parking and find out the names of them!

The B&Bs will be good. Should also be able to get an extra night in Loughborough Uni mad available to us. News on all of this kind of thing early next week, I'm busy for the rest of this one doing stuff and running with Rosie SWale Pope.

18th & 19th September, Loughborough.

Here's the detail so far: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/fetchstock.php

In summary:

Running (a race, proper course and all that), a bit of running-related stuff like maybe lectures, coaching sessions, physios, a nice dinner, a shedload of isotonic shandy and maybe a dance off and a bit of bare knuckle boxing, bedtime, then some gentler running-based activities the following morning, then maybe lunch.

If you're up for it, join the group below for an fmail update when we have more details.
