Ok, final round-up of the year (as Alice isn't around)
Cuddy +1.1lbs
Duchess -0.2kgs
Sweeny -2.5lbs
So this weeks FFF Hall of Fame goes to ..... sweeny!!! (And last weeks as well, with another 2.5lbs loss)
So, congratulations to everyone for all their hard work and achievements of the year. Now go and celebrate Christmas and New Year, before we reconvene in January on our continuing quest for the new improved us. Although we're all pretty fab anyway ...

Sounds like mine NSC; I've been here two hours, she's already told me I shouldn't lose any more weight as my clothes won't fit me, and fed me pasta which is one of the foods I renounced when I joined this thread... And cake, and offered me chocolate biscuits.... All signs of maternal love...

Work and physio has kept me busy for most of the month so not time for Fetching and I must admit I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks. Will be back on track after Christmas.

Are we getting the fruit and veg in for a new start??
I was going to ask about the spread sheet and re starting it? taking off the names of people who are no longer active, it will make it easier to keep track of who's recording their weight?? what do you think will it make it easier??
