nowadays it takes me around 3 to 4km to get into the pace .... i think i might need to do a loooooooong warm up!

Will be going for sub 6 again.... so will Jnr at the havant open I had a bad one and he had a good one, he clocked 6:08 in the 1st race and I clocked a slowish for me 6:06, so he is chasing me down after his 6:30 at Tooting..... all to play (run) for.......

Too true, BooBoo! If you run it hard 1 mile definitely isn't easy.
With MattTheRat going for sub-five(ish) as well that'll make 9 sub-five contenders!
It'll be fun beating so many runners in one short race...
