Awesome day... Fetch Mile Rocks...... Thanks Abdou.... you 100m was pretty good too.... Took 2.5 hours to get home the traffic was murder, but a great day.....

no kids race today cos there was only one u18 but it was a great event (sorry to rub it in John!). dunno how many were there in total, 30 maybe? SarahL's blog sums it up well (as usual!) |

Thanks to all the organisers - terrific day. DELIGHTED with my PB - it may have looked slow because I was a bit behind the sub-5's, but it was a 16 second PB If I train next time I might be able to keep up! The 100m was great fun - Abdou has got a calling... when does the plane leave for Beijing?! Sorry I couldn't stay for the pub, I was too busy trying not to fall off the bike. Managed a 20 mile ride this evening in the clip-ons and didn't fall over once

I stayed on, but I angered a fair few motorists with my dithering as I repeatedly failed to clip my right foot into the pedal and veered all over the road!! About to check out photos... |
