My miles are up to date now. My training is focusing on Four in a row running at the moment, so the bulk of my mileage will be grouped at some point in the week. At the moment around the weekend.

All training runs becca, i'm trying to build towards 4 back to backs of 35-40 miles as preparation for Dragons Back in mid may.

Just when i thought i was i was getting my mileage back and hoping to contribute next month i now have bursitis on my right knee! Will be out for another couple of weeks and then i have to start all over again.
