Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I think Son2 might come too. I've made a gluten-free chocolate cake.

No PB for me either, I can't do the fast running at the moment (or maybe ever again). But I will run.

Son2 not coming now. This is no surprise. There will still be cake.

Sorry to say our cake will be shop bought as it would have been to tricky to bring a home made one with us.

I think I have used any speed I might have had at Burgess parkrun this morning, seasons best on what should have been an easy run .

I'm really sorry to blow you all out at short notice. El Cap is on his way back from a week away and is *desperate* to see his little girl (Sylvie, not me) Bless him. Also I did a short sprint to the car this morning and felt a twinge in my calf so probably would only be coming for the beer anyway.

Pretty gutted :-( It's been far too long. Hopefully all 3 of us will be able to make the next thing.
