Just catching up as been away for a few days - I lost 2lb last week. Not sure how much damage the relaxation (ie cocktails and meals out) will have done - I'll find out on Monday - but hopefully a weekend of damage limitation will help.

Very pleasant surprise when I hopped on the scales yesterday - 1.5lbs off, even with my over-indulgence last week - just another 1.5 to go for my first stone now
Going to have to be extra careful this week in case there's some catch up coming!!
