Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yep ... am back in this one for the 3rd year running! In a Team of 8 so plenty of time to laze around and get a suntan. Can highly recommend this one if you haven't done it before. Very similar to THunder Run but 5 mile laps instead of 6. Similar course - all trail apart from about 1km at the very start but a bit hillier. Organisation has always been brilliant and loos have always been ok.

We are entering a team of 8 for the first time this year too. Although I think we are down to 7 at the moment.

The course is hillier than Thunder Run - more elevation gain I think and the trails are a bit rougher but the first half a mile is (closed) road and the last mile is looping backwards and forwards on a flat field so this one tends to be a quickish mile. Is a very similar feel to Thunder Run though and same great atmosphere. The course loops past the campsite too so is a lot easier to see your runner coming than at TR24. Better crossover point too but it's less people than Thunder Run so maybe that's why.

(Sorry RunJogCrawl13 ... only just seen your question!)
