Isn't some of it down to franchises relocating?

P.S. Annoying when Josh Allen and the Bills do badly and I have the oppo QB on my bench who could've won me my fantasy matchup.

It seems that there has been a lot of surprise results this season.

A lot of it is down to legacy grouping from when the nfl was much smaller. Cowboys and Eagles have been in the same division for 60 years so the groupings have been done around some of those old rivalries

The falcons also used to be in the East as well. Think they moved divisions when they added the last batch of expansion teams.

I see the Oakland A's are heading to Vegas.
