Just found the thread. I’m quite a big US sports fan. Mainly NFL (Eagles) but also NBA and MLB.
I’m enjoying having NBA on at sociable times at the moment

Disclosure from me - I worked in Boston in the 1990s and have an odd ambivalent relationship with the teams. Also casual Clippers, Bolts, Mariners and Seahawks fan, with a side order of open-mouthed fascination with the enduring car-crash that is the NYK.

I was also interested too see if anyone wanted to do a Fantasy NFL League? I’ve also done MLB and NBA. The auto drafts are pretty solid too so are quite accessible to the rookie or casual viewer

While my Fetch name was lifted from my team in a fantasy NFL league with my wife's cousins I don't pay enough attention to the league these days. Worn down by years of Bears mediocrity. But I'll keep an eye out for his year so as not to miss the bandwagon for the Nick Noles revolution!

Welcome NDW. I'm NBA and NFL. I support Sixers (but you've probably seen that, lol) and Eagles by virtue of them being in from the same City as the Sixers.

I was part of a NFL prediction league last year. That might be something for us to consider. I think you got a point if you got the result of the game right and then there was one game each week (the Thursday night game) where you also had to predict the spread. They used the difference between your predictions and the actual spreads to separate people on the same number of points.

Yes, I meant the legend that is Nick Foles. I follow the Eagles as a second team as I've attended games occasionally with my wife's Philly relatives. And they play in green and white which is important in my half of Glasgow!
