I wouldn't say Salted Caramel is a fad, been around for quite a while, now strawberries with balsamic vinegar, that's a fad.

I'm a great believer in trying everything once. Even strawberries with balsamic vinegar. I mean, it might be nice, like pineapple with chillies and black pepper.

Nope, strawberries with vinegar has been around for many years. My wife is Spanish and she grew up eating them.
