The second best line.
"The bowler's Holding, the batsman's Willey" has to take the biscuit.
And there was also the classic (I think it was Blowers) after the batsmen had taken a ball straight onto the box and collapsed doing everything he could to avoid mentioning where the batsmen had been hit, using all sorts of euphemisms, only to then, when play resumed, start off with 'and the bowler is on his way in, one ball to go'.

Danger Flanker is that we'll beat the West Indies. Both teams are in utter disarray, but they don;t give a shit about test cricket, whereas we still do. That will probably get us over the line in this series, at which point the old farts will congratulate themselves for 'not panicking' after the World Cup debacle.
Then we'll get humiliated by New Zealand, after which the old farts will conclude it's 'too late' to make any changes for the Ashes. We'll lose 5-0, making 10 defeats in a row against Australia and not even competitive in any of them (unless weather intervenes). Peck peck goes then, but 8 months will have been wasted.
