Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

There's a few people with pb's on the Cornish, it's not as odd as it sounds! It's certainly easier on the legs than the "flatter than a Dover sole that's been run over by a juggernaut" that is VLM.

I would like to say I have faster times in Holland,Belgium,Germany & Italy & in the UK off road (trail lite !).

Duchy is also in my top 10 times - Cornwall's a piece of piss to run round ;)

Still think my 3:04 at the Duchy was my best ever marathon, albeit not the fastest.

I would possibly say the same for my Cornish run in 2009 I was on fire the second half of that day & finished seconds behind the scouser - had i known her then i would have abandoned the aeroplane finish to avoid getting chicked by the shy retiring one ;)
