I can take a very long time. I'm sure when I first joined (ages ago, but not looked much since) you could see incomplete nodes on the map. Now it only seems to be one street at a time which is not very helpful.

With regard to missing "Cities", the thread that I used before to ask for Nottingham and Sheffield to be added has now been closed so I'm not sure what the process for requesting new additions is now.

Mine is not noticing that I've run in Carlisle, gives me the choice of Cambridge or central Beds as my home city - picks up random runs in Devon from years ago but not more local ones more recently. Afraid I've no idea how it works and will just let it do it's thing in the background.

How is your syncing going? Mine seems to have ground to a halt but is somewhat incomplete, e.g. I only have 6 events for 2012.
Is there anyway to manually sync events?

I shut down my computer at some point and restarted it ... and despite City Strides remembering me and alleging I have done 15% of Reigate & Banstead it seems to have lost all my map data.

There's a manual upload section I think under Settings.
There was an issue a couple of weeks ago about map data being missing (no purple lines but correct listing of streets done) and it was to do with an update. I got it resolved through the forum as there was a post for people missing activities.

becca, can you remember what the forum post was? My map has lost all the purple lines and the only forum posts I can see are for supporters.
