Whilst the open top bus parade is cancelled, the result is not the disaster I'd feared. Band Aid failed to reach the superdeath, and a non Christmas song at least fought the good fight into the final, and extra time to boot.

And we applied a mighty size 11 up the backside of the TSB and their hellish offshoot McCartney.
