There used to be a very frequently shown ad for Hot Wheels (in the 80s? 90s?) which had the jingle "Hot Wheels Figure Eight Starter Set". Some poor sod had to write a song with that as the chorus. They probably thought they were going to be the next Billy Joel when they started in the music biz.
