For every moment I enjoyed, such as CM's mother being buried quickly because it was a short book, there were several I actively hated. I particularly disliked the rude bits, not least of which being the incident with the vacuum cleaner. I will grudge it 7/10 as it didn't take up too much of my time and I got to read much of it in the Members' Room at the British Museum, which tends to put me in a better frame of mind.
