Berry Hill Cross Country Course - right on my doorsteps
OK people - I jogged round the course this morning - going is "soft" but not wet (yet) there is mud in the woods but not bad despite Pat's efforts at flooding it with the stream
Be aware that leg one is going to be 50m shorter than the other 2 legs due to a staggered start
Looking good!

Lol to be fair that starts at the bottom of the first little swoop so you don't get the advantage before the first little climb

Morning National Relay Runners! Rain overnight but dry now, kids should have a dry race with a 30% chance of rain by 14:00 just in time for the Senior Ladies don't forget your credit cards as Nottingham Runner store will have a stall there see you later!
