Berry Hill Cross Country Course - right on my doorsteps

OK people - I jogged round the course this morning - going is "soft" but not wet (yet) there is mud in the woods but not bad despite Pat's efforts at flooding it with the stream :-)

Be aware that leg one is going to be 50m shorter than the other 2 legs due to a staggered start

Looking good!

Lol to be fair that starts at the bottom of the first little swoop so you don't get the advantage before the first little climb :-)

Morning National Relay Runners! Rain overnight but dry now, kids should have a dry race with a 30% chance of rain by 14:00 just in time for the Senior Ladies :-) don't forget your credit cards as Nottingham Runner store will have a stall there :-) see you later! :-)
