I'll do 3 mins run, 1 min walk for the first 2 miles, then probably shorter runs, longer walks for the last mile. At fancy I will probably eat cake because I'm not strong enough to say no! Have you seen; Safron has made Jaffa cake brownies this week stomach rumble.
