Not too sure, hopefully about 24 mins. I'll jog the mile there and back too. Got a half marathon on 14th so can't go too mad.

its the first week this Friday sarabop. be prepared to work hard, last year Rachel's circuits were tough. Having said that, you can amend things to be lower impact. I did some of the sessions with a stress fracture last year and mostly just did the upper body stuff. It will be interesting running Parkrun the next morning though!

Ah thanks Jenlov, am a little worried but really need to work on other areas! I thik Parkrun wil be a gentle social jog as i also have a 10k on sun. Happy running!
