Hello everyone. In a moment of weakness, or should that be madness, I've entered the Beachy Head marathon for 2017. The only trouble is, I've never run the marathon distance before. Plenty of half marathons, including a few that were hilly, but, never a full marathon. Any help, advice, injections of strange substances, would be gratefully appreciated/accepted. P.s. My wife thinks I should be certified. She may well be right. |
