We might need sunscreen! Seriously, it looks like it will be bright and sunny all day, and being out on the cliffs is bound to mean windburn of some sort.

Sunny?! I've got either light or thick cloud depending on which forecast I'm looking at. I don't want sun, I find it way too sapping on a long run, no matter what the temperature.

Was hoping my new Fetch vest would have arrived in time for this but it's not looking likely

Long tights for sure for me. Helps keep the muscles warm and protect against brambles & nettles (not a huge feature of the course but there are some I think. Or maybe that was the year I went a bit off-piste).
Top half: probably vest - maybe a top as well but that will probably be tied round my waist for at least half the course. If it's windy then it can get a bit parky in the last 8 miles on the coast -- and even a 7mph breeze tends to translate into something decidedly less friendly when you're at the top of a large cliff.

I'm going 3/4 leggings, base layer...vest. If I can squeeze in my Blackheath Old Girls vest I will be sporting that. I don't think its going to be cold but if I end up walking 10 miles (quite likely) I think better safe than sorry? I am getting proper nervous now !!

I'm thinking 3/4 capris and a tshirt, with a long sleeved top in my bag just in case. And a buff. And trail shoes.
