I think it could be a home for AF patients😊 (For non medically inclined Fetchies, CHAD'S was a tool to assess stroke risk in AF, now superceded by CHA2DS2VASC. I am also amazed at a Saint being called Chad, or a Chad being canonised)

Is that where AF patients are educated? 😉 (St Chad incidently was a 7th century Anglo-Saxon Bishop who spread Christianity in the Mercian Kingdom)
