Nice bike, I need to start some of this aero testing stuff. On the shopping list is disc wheel, power meter and electronic shifting. Can't afford them all so I think it's going to be the power meter and then on to the aero testing.

I did 2 10s this year, both in 21:52 so sub 21 is the first goal.

The proof about aero, on my road bike which is pretty well set up I rode 23.53 this evening putting out more watts than on my course PB ride. 22.11 is my best. In effect if I had been on my TT bike this evening I would have got a PB on the course.

Sometimes injury is a bitch but happy in the knowledge my body is responding to training well now and the injury apart from not being able to ride the TT bike is not holding me back.

Plans for the rest of this season only need a road bike :¬)

Got something to say?
