Hi, looking for any help and tips from the good people of Fetch.

We are looking to go to London near the end of November for my 60th and take in the ABBA Voyage experience. We would be taking the train from Aberdeen to London so looking at where to stay that is near the arena as we don’t really know London at all. I guess we would need to tube from Kings Cross to our hotel. TIA

Firstly, it is amazing and you are in for a treat. Secondly, accommodation costs seem to have skyrocketed in London just recently, which is very annoying. You could try one of the Travelodges in Stratford or Deptford Bridge. They are deeply uninspiring but they are quite close to the venue, relatively speaking.

The DLR stop is Pudding Mill Lane and it is literally a stone’s throw from the arena.

Thanks JB. I don’t need an all singing and dancing ( I will do that inside lol) place to stay so travel lodge will be fine. It’s just to know the nearest area so I go have a look.

I have stayed in many of them through work. That one is fine, fairly modern and literally 5 mins walk from the olympic park.

Thanks Joopsy. It’s murder when you don’t know where is best to stay, travel etc.
