Tom Kerridge has done 3 or 4 weight loss/get fit TV series (and books) but he is still a 2 Michelin starred chef. I have cooked those carrots a lot, to quote Tom, they are "Lush"

Mrs Nico has never eaten carrots, but she loves the 45 minute, buttery syrup drenched, aniseed hinted delight from Mr Kerridge

She "has" eaten carrots, but never really liked them. Until now.
