My running return has started. :)

If anyone here plays Trader then grab me at 9 while you can and hold on as I'll only be going up from now on. I'm also after the 50 investors badge so I won't upload my 2 miles just run/walked until this evening.

Great to see you back running AR :-)

Track tonight was fun, something a bit different...20 minutes of loops of the track - efforts on the straights and recovery on the bends. My legs worked better than expected, they've been a bit achy since the 10K.

In other news, I've moved a lot of my stuff into studio 3, from studio 4!

Very wet here, and this train looks like a Friday train not a Thursday one (very few passengers)

I’m meeting running buddy, haven’t seen her in almost 3 weeks ‘cos she’s been in the Caribbean - wet urban Leeds is gong to be a bit of a shock for her ;)
