Lip Gloss 7 Feb 11:27am, 7 Feb 2024 73,883 posts	0 Lip Gloss Morning peeps, rubbish sleep here. Took a couple of hours once in bed to fall asleep then woke every hour after that. Eventually got up at 9.30am as I had an appointment at 10.30. Feel out of sorts. Gym class at 12.25 so hopefully that will help my discombobulation.

I wanted to check that I could still do 400m within my estimated time for the aquathlon in a couple of weeks' time (I'm hopelessly slow but usually consistently slow ) and I was satisfied that I'll be within the estimate. But then the lane got busy with women all much faster than me so I moved over to the slow lane for a bit of head up breaststroke. While the elbow that I damaged pulling out brambles last month seems fine with front crawl, breaststroke arms made it hurt. I'm going to have a quiet afternoon watching an old film I think. Might even try and catch up on some sleep.

Went to the gym, did a class, did a mile walk on the treadmill then did my daily challenge before a shower and home. Think I might have a sleep too as going to son’s for tea then watch Brodie while they go to Alfie’s football.

Got changed for run then sat there thinking I'm not up for this. Went anyway, felt better for it. That feeling of wellness is slowly fading. It's sitting that's the killer.
