Lovely day shopping with daughter yesterday- 17,000 steps later and lots of full bags, finally arrived home just before 7pm. Today we are pottering, having house valued and then I need to hit the gym. Tonight is OH's metal detectoring Christmas meet and I am expected to go along - if you have watched the detectorist it is just like that but it seems I did such a good job of sorting the raffle at the summer one that I have been asked to do again tonight

Thank heavens I have always kept well away from OH's Amateur Radio Club events...think Detectorists with zero social small talk 😉

You lot have saved me many a time from going under so thanks to you all. Been to the physio so weak muscles on my left side so exercises to do. I have cancelled my gym classes for this year to rest it so will try again for next week.

I've ran 6 miles with Sal this morning, we got in minutes before it absolutely hammered it down with rain so good timing. Now I'm catching up with admin and tidying the studio. And listening to music loudly because there is no-one else in the studio today
