Well done MM. Hope you're still on for RL100.

Hilly 55M for me today including my cycling partner having a major mechanical. Managed to bodge a repair for him to get him home, so all ok in the end.
Difficult to decide whether warm or cold as sun in and out all afternoon, but lad to have a another decent ride under the belt, as wasn't really feeling the love this morning when I looked outside :-)

Determined to do better in May than April, which was a bit of a wash. I think I did about 10 miles but forgot to start my watch - twice! Still counts in the legs though right?

Evening all

6.5 mile walk for me today. My 8 yr old came too and actually enjoyed it. Pleasantly surprised as the moaning usually starts within 5 minutes!
