My news seems to have sneaked into the sidebar already!

Great running, all, some fabulous times this weekend!

My new Vaporflies are two for two on race PBs, one second short of a 3 minute half PB, which brings me just over 5 minutes improvement in the last 4 months. Quite chuffed with that!
