Yes Som but we are worried for when we all go back to work as our plans for him have been ruined by the family lockdown.

I think the last 15/16 months have been adapting to new things all the time, Caz. Will be happy when we get back to some sort of normality.

Thanks for the update RRRRRR, I don't think I'd be able to do 10k steps without leaving home.

Nice bike ride this afternoon, I got to the seafront and had my first paddle in the sea - surprisingly warm. I'm hoping to brave getting in fully some time in the next week or so.

Evening all! I was completely outfaced by the huge number of posts on lots of threads waiting for me this evening so I'm afraid I cleared them all without reading back, so I hope everyone is well (especially the CAZ family!)

No running for the last couple of days for me, my knee has been troublesome but I think a bit of a rest has helped.

Dog walk done, very warm here already.

Day at home today with daughters youngest, garden is getting tidier (having new conservatory done and it's been a right mess), am feeling pretty knackered after a disturbed night's sleep due to OH being on call and having a rough/busy night
